About The Position

The Manufacturing Finance Organization has an immediate need for a Financial Analyst, Operations Finance (Program Cost Controls). In this role, your primary responsibility will be supporting the East Coast Factories. As part of the team, you will contribute to the execution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI deliverables. You will assist in constructing and executing change management protocols to generate value for the execution organizations through critical analysis. You should possess strong communication skills to effectively share knowledge, resolve conflicts, and relay critical information across a variety of multi-functional stakeholder groups. Additionally, this role will require you to prioritize resources effectively in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, and deadline-driven environment. A successful candidate will collaborate with the broader value stream finance and business operations finance team to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Experience and understanding of the program business role, SAP, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), and/or experience with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) concepts.
  • Experience with computer/Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Confidential security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
