About The Position

At Chronic Care Staffing, we believe great decisions start with great data. We're looking for a Financial Analyst who can transform financial and operational information into meaningful insights that help drive business performance and strategic growth. This is more than a reporting role. You'll partner directly with leadership to evaluate trends, improve processes, develop dashboards, and provide recommendations that influence how we operate and grow. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI.
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Intuit, or similar financial systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare staffing, healthcare operations, or healthcare services experience.
  • Experience with forecasting, KPI development, and operational analytics.
  • Experience automating reports and improving business processes.
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting tools.
  • Develop financial models that support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Monitor revenue, profitability, workforce utilization, and key business metrics.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve business processes.
  • Collaborate across departments to support organizational goals and performance initiatives.
