About The Position

This position is not eligible for Qualcomm immigration sponsorship. Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast paced finance team in QCT’s Compute Business Unit. This position will focus on overseeing the consolidation and analysis of the BU’s financial forecasts, building and supporting financial models, and analyzing and reporting on key drivers of financial performance across the BU. This includes the preparation of consolidated quarterly financial forecasts, budgets and strategic plans for executive management, as well as presenting financial results to BU senior leadership. In addition, this position will involve ad hoc analysis to provide decision support for key business initiatives and special projects. A successful candidate will possess strong initiative, outstanding communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to manage various projects and deliverables. This is a great opportunity in a high visibility role to provide analysis to the executive team while partnering with other finance and business organizations across the company. This role provides the opportunity to interact extensively with management in finance, engineering, product management, and program management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ year of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
  • Completed advanced degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year (Master’s = one year) of work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting or related field
  • Experience with Tableau reporting, Oracle, Cognos TM1, Databricks or similar
  • Highly analytical and be comfortable interacting across various business and finance teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to see deliverables to completion through initiative and a strong ownership mindset
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated team player with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting and/or Finance
