About The Position
As a Financial Analyst for Deere & Company World Headquarters located in Moline, IL or Johnston, IA, you will responsible for: The short-term funding needs of the company through the commercial paper market and intercompany funding mechanisms The daily investment of the company's U.S. and Canadian operating cash balances Maintenance and management of the company’s cash investment guidelines Assist with managing US and Canada short-term cash forecasting processes Month-end and quarter-end reporting Disclosure review Execute and assist with other Treasury activities and projects
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and desire to seek out answers independently
- Strong communication skills including written, oral, and presentation capabilities
Nice To Haves
- Experience in banking or finance industry
- Experience in corporate treasury department
- Strong technical aptitude
- Motivation to take ownership of work and see initiatives through to completion
- Experience with technological tools that promote automation and process efficiency
