About The Position

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial results, preparing financial models, monitoring costs, and supporting financial close processes. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting. The analyst will also ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, marketing analytics, or a closely related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling for forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms.

  • Experience in both finance and cost accounting disciplines, enabling a holistic view of business performance.
  • Experience supporting company growth initiatives through forecasting and scenario analysis.
  • Exposure to marketing strategy, including campaign performance measurement and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial results, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Prepare and maintain detailed financial models to support planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
  • Monitor and analyze product, project, and operational costs to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
  • Develop and maintain standard cost systems, including bill of materials (BOM), labor, and overhead rates
  • Conduct inventory valuation, cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis, and margin reporting
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, procurement, and finance) to drive accurate cost tracking and accountability
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, with a focus on cost drivers and operational performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies related to financial and cost reporting
