Requirements
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multi-task as priorities change
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- 2-5 years of experience in gas industry
- Oracle EBS experience
Responsibilities
- Perform all treasury and credit functions.
- Daily cash management for 35+ bank and investment accounts.
- Cash applications for all Boardwalk entity receivables.
- Daily processing of payments via checks & wires.
- Daily and monthly journal entries through Oracle EBS.
- Monthly analysis of 225 treasury related accounts.
- Cash collections on delinquent accounts.
- Voiding & reissuing checks.
- Escheatment filings.
- Refunding credit balances to gas customers.
- Quarterly reporting to banks & rating agencies.
- Monthly & quarterly audit requirements.
- Financial statement review & analysis for potential new customers & monitoring financial position existing customer base.
- Interaction with banks, general accounting, accounts payable, tax, payroll, contracts, commercial accounting, legal.
