About The Position

The Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A is responsible for reporting to the Senior Manager and will work with all finance teams across different regions in order to assist in the consolidation of the Annual Budget and forecast processes for all three of Spin Masters creative centers. They will also be responsible for producing/updating effective management that is timely and accurate.

Nice To Haves

CPA designation or CPA enrollment preferred
Experience with SAP BPC and/or SAP BI preferred
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Particularly Excel & PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

Producing/updating effective management reporting that drives insight into the business. Key focus areas of profitability reporting, cost rationalization/containment, and variance analysis
Support and assist in the development of SG&A reporting for the shared service departments. This will include updating departmental scorecards and investigating variances
Partner with the various finance departments in order to continuously improve financial transparency and processes
Develop/analyze ad-hoc financial reports to support the business as required
Assist in the consolidation of the Annual Budget and forecasts for all three of Spin Master's creative centers
Review all budget/forecast submission and assess for viability, accuracy, and sensitivity
Help prepare the Annual Budget/Forecast presentation material and associated backup schedules for the Board of Directors & Founders Council
