Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Basic understanding of Accounting principles and financial statements.
Maintain a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn and contribute.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Proven success in a Finance, Accounting or relevant role.
Experience working with NetSuite Accounting Software, SmartView, NetSuite Planning and Budgeting / Oracle Planning Budgeting Cloud Service, and Salesforce is a plus.
Familiarity in developing and maintaining financial models.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build relationships and gather financial data and insights. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
Provide financial information, analysis, and tools to help senior management make informed decisions. Translate financial data and trends into actionable recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.
Assist in developing and managing budgets, preparing financial forecasts, and tracking performance against targets. Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results to provide insights into business performance. Maintain up to date financial trackers.
Support month-end and year-end financial reporting preparation. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
Assist in developing and maintaining financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and valuation activities. Ensure models are accurate, efficient, and aligned with company objectives.
Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting processes and enhance efficiency. Implement improvements to increase accuracy and effectiveness of financial reporting and analysis.
Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analysis as required by senior management. Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
