About The Position

The Financial Analyst will serve as a key contributor to executive decision making by consolidating monthly results into a synthesized story. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to build foundational experience in financial reporting & analysis as well as support cross functional business partners.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint with a willingness to learn new data tools and systems
• Understanding of core finance principles across financial statements
• Strong communication skills and willing to partner with cross-functional teams
• Comfort analyzing large data sets and being able to communicate actionable conclusions
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines with accuracy
• Detail-oriented self-starter who takes ownership of work

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Experience with Hyperion or similar budgeting systems
• Industry experience in medical device, healthcare, or consumer products

Responsibilities

• Consolidate the Global Commercial results from all regions into one succinct story
• Execute monthly revenue reporting – ASP, Price Volume Mix (PVM) analysis, revenue/volume reporting, and other metrics
• Support creation of monthly Executive Management Business Reviews and other various management reporting materials
• Provide insightful details in quarterly reporting decks to inform executives of the current business performance versus historical trends and forecasts
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and operate with a process improvement mindset by identifying opportunities to automate and provide efficiencies
