Job Summary The Senior Analyst, Workers' Compensation is responsible for the accounting, financial forecasting, and cost allocation activities supporting the company's large-deductible and self-insured retention workers' compensation program. Reporting to the Commercial Division Controller, this role serves as the accounting organization's subject matter expert on workers' compensation, translating actual loss estimates, third-party administrator claims data, and payroll exposure into accurate financial reporting, recorded liabilities, branch-level allocations, and burden rates used in pricing and business planning. This highly analytical accounting role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of workers' compensation financial results. This position focuses on validating operational and actuarial data, maintaining workers' compensation reserves and forecasts, supporting financial close and management reporting, and driving continuous improvements in reporting and cost allocation processes. The Senior Analyst partners closely with Risk Management, Human Resources, Operations, and Finance to provide reliable financial insights and support informed decision-making, effective cost management, and strong financial stewardship across the organization.
