About The Position

The Financial Analyst-Treasury & Pricing position supports the business through treasury management, product costing, customer pricing, and margin analysis. This role partners closely with Sales, FP&A, Operations, and Accounting to ensure pricing decisions are informed, costs are accurate, and cash needs are proactively managed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or analytical roles
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
Experience with ERP systems
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Maintain a detailed, rolling 12-month cash forecast, updated monthly
Prepare a daily and weekly cash position reviewing all cash movements for accuracy
Monitor bank balances across all accounts
Manage vendor payment schedule with AP team
Track working capital metrics and monitor changes to each, modeling variances to understand companywide impact
Maintain and update product standard costs
Perform cost rollups and analyze BOM changes
Analyze cost changes and their impact on pricing and margins
Maintain customer pricing files, models, and data
Partner with sales team on pricing exercises to ensure pricing aligns with cost updates and margin targets
Prepare customer and product margin analysis providing this analytical support to key stakeholders
Support monthly forecasting with up-to-date costing and pricing data
Provide support for month end close and audit requests
Improve processes and documentation related to pricing, costing, and cash
Generate ad-hoc financial reports as needed
Backup for Accounts Payable, as needed
