About The Position

FP&A analyst working with program teams to support forecasting activities, managing financial R&Os, and providing adhoc analysis. Provides timely and accurately reporting of program financials (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash) in Hyperion on a monthly, quarterly and annual cadence. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college
Ability to Analyze and/or Present Financial Information
Strong Microsoft office skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance
Highly detail oriented with a proven track record to deliver quality results in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Demonstrated ability as a team player to build consensus among peers and build effective relationships with team members
5+ years of related finance and FP&A experiences

Nice To Haves

FP&A experience (MOR, QFR, LRP)
Knowledge of SAP & Hyperion
Tableau or data visualization experience
