Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Financial Analyst, Reporting, on a permanent full-time basis within our Finance team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon, SK. Requirements

• 1–3 years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience, preferably with exposure to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• A Bachelor’s Degree or Business Degree with a major in Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of FCL's external financial statements, note disclosures, reconciliations, and year-end reporting documentation to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain accounting for leases, capitalized interest, and other assigned reporting areas, including quarterly reconciliations, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
• Complete annual impairment assessments, prepare supporting documentation and technical accounting position papers for audit purposes.
• Assist in preparing Finance Annual General Meeting (AGM) materials, including supporting documentation.
• Support quarterly Board reporting processes through reconciliations, roll-forwards, and validation of financial information.
• Provide financial reporting support across the Corporate Accounting and Finance teams, including assisting with tax reporting initiatives and other special projects as required.
