About The Position

Olympic Medical Center is seeking a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This role is responsible for providing financial information and analysis to improve OMC’s financial and operational performance. The position involves financial analysis for the organization, assisting with physician reporting, and aiding in the monthly general ledger closing. The analyst will also prepare income statements for ancillary departments, assist with internal and external audits, and perform special projects as assigned. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree including college level accounting and finance required (for Senior Financial Analyst).
Five years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, statistical reporting and the preparation of financial statements, and acted as lead or played a key role in processes improvements and implementations, required (for Senior Financial Analyst).
OR Three years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, statistical reporting and the preparation of financial statements and a Master’s degree, and acted as lead or played a key role in processes improvements and implementations, required (for Senior Financial Analyst).

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree including college level accounting and finance preferred (for Financial Analyst).
Master’s degree preferred (for Senior Financial Analyst).
Two years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, statistical reporting and the preparation of financial statements preferred (for Financial Analyst).
