About The Position

This role involves preparing and delivering monthly financial reports and executive-level reporting packages. The Financial Analyst III will analyze P&L performance, including revenue, gross profit, and operating income (OI). A key responsibility is to investigate and resolve gross profit (GP) anomalies and performance variances. The analyst will partner with Sales and regional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making using proformas and other financial modeling. This position also coordinates and manages the global forecasting process, including data collection, updates, and system uploads, and supports annual planning cycles. Additionally, the role involves reviewing and analyzing rebate and commission programs, tracking achievements, and ensuring accrual accuracy. Assistance with ROWC analysis and approvals, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems and reporting, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies are also part of the responsibilities. The role supports month/quarter/year-end close processes, internal and external audit requests, and participates in ad hoc reporting and projects as required. The Financial Analyst III will work cross-functionally with various teams locally and globally. As allowed by applicable law, this role may require late night, weekend, or holiday coverage due to month, quarter, and year-end requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with P&L Analysis and Review
  • 4-year degree
  • Proficient in English and able to communicate effectively (both written and spoken)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving experience required
  • Strong financial reporting and analysis skills required
  • Expert level MS Excel Skills

Nice To Haves

  • HFM and Oracle experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles and GAAP
  • Experience in a global or large multi-national company preferred
  • Experience in a distribution-based company preferred
