The Finance team is seeking a Financial Analyst III to support our IT and CISO organizations. In this role, you will work closely with the business and finance leadership, contributing to key activities such as forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and operational support across multiple functions. Additionally, you will assist in developing investment cases, supporting internal portfolio planning, and conducting ad hoc analyses for leadership. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, is adept at handling ambiguity, and demonstrates exceptional analytical and communication skills when working across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 4-6 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and lead cross‑functional efforts.
  • Clear, concise communication and the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Innovative mindset; interest in improving processes and leveraging emerging finance tools.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA/ CPA preferred.
  • Power BI/Tableau a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities for IT and CISO teams.
  • Perform detailed variance analysis, communicating results to leaders in both Finance and the business units.
  • Partner with leadership and teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for investments and roadmaps.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and maintain accuracy in reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that support our teams operational effectiveness.
  • Support headcount planning, capital expenditures and operating expense analysis, PO management, and project-level tracking.
