This position plays a pivotal role in supporting FDOT’s mission by analyzing engineering system performance, resource allocations, and roadway performance data to inform management decisions. This position is responsible for developing, updating, and publishing key program and resource planning documents, including the District Program and Resource Plans and Five-Year Work Program Charts. By ensuring the integrity and reliability of program performance information, assisting with fund allocations, and managing predictive models for future trends, the role directly impacts the agency’s ability to optimize transportation resources and meet strategic objectives. Through cooperation, coordination and collaboration among the OneFDOT team, you will be contributing to a strong and empowering culture of TRREC: Trust, Relationships, Respect, Empowerment, and Communication.
