Within this role, your primary objectives will include to review and analyze financial results of business activities. Complete various forecasts and/or budgets for organization. The pay range for this position is $ 62,778 - $ 80,041 | FLSA: Exempt

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance and 2-4 years’ experience in finance.
  • Manufacturing experience required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Financial and Standard Costing principles required.
  • Experience with Cost Accounting required.
  • Experience with Oracle, Hyperion or similar ERP system.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High degree of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Suggests, performs, and revises reporting for annual operations, financial reporting, monthly departmental reports, spending variances, saving plans, and/or budget.
  • Manages large, complex data sets from varying sources for research, data mining, analysis and trend identification.
  • Monitors and reviews actual results of financial data against forecasts and/or budgets. Investigates, documents and resolves variances as necessary.
  • Analyzes trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and other obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.
  • Monitors, organizes, and documents relevant financial information.
  • Suggests improvement ideas for annual and quarterly planning process, revenue/expense analysis, projections, and reports for management.
  • Compiles and prepares relevant financial data for presentations to management. Presents data to management as needed.
  • Partner’s with department managers to determine budgetary needs, revisions, etc. Provides advice and assistance for budget preparation. Recommends improvements and/or changes if needed.
  • Examines budget estimates for completeness, accuracy and conformance with procedures and regulations.
  • Supports and suggests improvements to financial policies and procedures.
