In our Finance division, caregivers use their knowledge and skills every day to provide exceptional experiences for patients and their families. As a Financial Analyst II, you will analyze financial operations and information to provide decision support to executive staff. In this role, you will support the organization's 10-year financial forecast, develop and maintain three-statement financial models (balance sheet, cash flow statement, and income statement), perform advanced Excel analysis, utilize Strata for forecasting and financial planning activities, and support financial analysis and forecasting efforts across the organization. A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with onsite work every Tuesday at the Independence West Creek location. Position requires residence in the greater Northeast OH area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and two years of financial or revenue cycle management or general analytical experience OR High School diploma/GED and six years of experience OR Associate’s degree and four years of experience OR Master’s degree and one year of experience OR Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow and one year of experience
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, analyze, and communicate key financial information.
  • Provide support to management and other caregivers regarding financial reporting and related issues.
  • Assist with budget preparation, budget review for compliance and financial reporting.
  • Consult with all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
  • Perform special projects and duties related to research, forecasting and conflict resolution.
  • Other duties as assigned.
