About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and IT-savvy Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in a finance, accounting, or analytical role and is eager to expand their knowledge of corporate finance within a complex, multi-billion-dollar organization. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or a related field.
• Familiarity with databases, data structures, and AI-assisted analysis tools/prompting.
• Basic understanding of GAAP and financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours during peak workload periods.

Nice To Haves

• CPA, MBA, or CFA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate capital expenditure requests for executive approval
• Executing month end FP&A close activities
• Ownership of Vendor setup and Invoice processing
• Reviewing General and Administrative expenses and comparing them to Forecast and Budget
• Analyze current and past financial data to identify trends and performance insights
• Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate financial performance
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Work closely with the accounting department to understand current month’s entries
• Maintain semantic models across Power BI, Excel and Anaplan
• Develop financial reports utilizing multiple datasets
• Leverage Enterprise ChatGPT and Co-pilot systems to create tools to uncover new insights and automate tasks
• Document business process flows and how they interact with our underlying information systems
• Analyze financial performance of products, projects, or business units.
