Requirements
- Experience in accounting, financial analysis, or related roles
- Experience supporting month‑end close, accruals, and General Ledger activities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Accounting background strongly preferred

- Experience supporting business operations or real estate finance is a plus
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior analysts to support the month‑end close process
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and General Ledger activity
- Support business‑focused financial operations, including real estate functions
- Maintain and analyze financial data used for internal reporting and decision‑making
- Develop and manage Excel‑based schedules, trackers, and analytical models
- Assist with reconciliations and variance analysis during close cycles
- Respond to ad‑hoc financial requests from business partners
- Support process improvements related to accounting and reporting workflows
- Collaborate closely with more senior analysts to ensure accurate financial outcomes
