About The Position

As our Financial Analyst I, you will prepare, reconcile, and analyze financial information while supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and business decision-making. This role is responsible for performing financial analysis, identifying trends and variances, improving accounting processes, and providing accurate financial information to support management review and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Three (3+) years of related accounting or financial analysis experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
  • Experience with SAP or ERP systems
  • Financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements
  • Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Accounting practices, methods, and procedures
  • Financial analysis and reporting techniques
  • Technical accounting and financial reporting principles
  • Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Accounting and financial software systems
  • Ability to import large volumes of data from multiple sources
  • Ability to convert data into usable Excel formats
  • Ability to complete work accurately and timely
  • Ability to develop and present analysis using charts and tables
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships

Responsibilities

  • Perform account reconciliations and financial analyses
  • Provide financial analysis and support to business partners

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve accounting process issues
