About The Position

The Financial Analyst I will be responsible for maintaining spreadsheets and statistical models for financial analyses and will assist with the preparation of various reports and presentations for management. This role provides analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management. The analyst will create ad hoc reports, perform financial analysis, develop financial plans and reports for organizational leaders, review financial reporting to ensure data integrity, evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation, and analyze processes to identify gaps that can improve profit margins.

Requirements

Associate's Degree in a Related Field of Study required or Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field of Study preferred
Experience in accounting or finance: 2-3 years required
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Good analytical and mathematical skills.
Intermediate Excel is required (pivot tables and V lookups).
Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time.
GAAP – Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Ability to analyze, consolidate, and interpret accounting data.

Experience in a role within a large healthcare organization: 2-3 years preferred
