About The Position

The Financial Analyst is responsible for a blend of financial reporting, analysis, and store performance projection development. He/She is responsible for independently building financial reports and assisting with ad hoc requests as needed. He/She must be detail oriented and have critical thinking skills. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years related experience
  • Working knowledge of accounting and finance
  • Excellent computer and analytical skills
  • Computer skills including Excel, Access, Oracle EPM, OBIEE, and CSF (all of some preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong collaborator and works well in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels across the organization
  • Must be sharp, deadline focused, and motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
  • Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Computer skills including Excel, Access, Oracle EPM, OBIEE, and CSF (all of some preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance
  • Complete ad hoc requests as needed by using and manipulating data in the financial systems
  • Develops by store, by department, by account P&L Projections on a quarterly basis
  • Complete routine financial reporting accurately and efficiently
  • Work in a collaborative team environment with various cross-functional areas
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
