About The Position

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manufacturing Financial Analyst / CAM Analyst to join their team in Sunnyvale, CA. This role supports the Columbia Dreadnought Launcher Production (CDLP) Program and other Launcher Programs. The Manufacturing Financial Analyst / CAM Analyst will oversee and manage the financial and operational aspects of ongoing projects, acting as a liaison between manufacturing and other functional organizations such as program management, quality, and supply chain. The role involves reviewing project status and budgets, managing schedules, preparing status reports, assessing project issues, and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. This position also involves developing mechanisms for monitoring project progress and problem-solving with project managers, and serving as a key point of contact within operations for program financials and analytical support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience; Master's Degree with 3 years of experience.
  • Experience creating and briefing executive level presentations.
  • Experience with budget management, cost and schedule performance, and financial data analysis.
  • Experience using advance Microsoft Office Applications (Excel Pivot Tables, V-Lookups and analyzing large data sets).
  • US citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Current CAM/EVMS experience within the Navy /US Government sector.
  • Advanced Excel and data trend analysis experience.
  • Ability to manage Microsoft Project schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage the costs and performance of the program.
  • Be responsible for the compliance to all financial tracking processes such as formal and informal EVMS systems.
  • Support program proposal development by gathering and organizing data and preparing cost estimates.
  • Identifying / managing issues and risks in a timely manner.
  • Support internal and external customer meetings and IPTs.
  • Support review sessions with project teams to discuss cost, schedule and technical performance.
  • Ability to multi task and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
