About The Position

The Analyst, Global Technology Services (GTS) Finance, serves as a trusted business partner responsible for delivering financial insights, strategic analysis, and reporting that support decision-making across the technology organization. The role will partner closely with Technology and Finance leaders to analyze financial performance, identify trends and risks, develop actionable recommendations, and deliver impactful reporting solutions through Power BI and other analytical tools.

Requirements

• Broad financial and accounting knowledge and business acumen.
• Requires strong presentation, and oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively and build relationships across a matrix structure and with a diverse management team.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Support the Global Technology Services Power BI environment, including maintenance of existing dashboards, reporting solutions, and data models, as well as design and develop new Power BI dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics to enhance business insights and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology and Finance leaders to provide financial analysis, recommendations, and decision support.
• Leads and supports Business Unit Financial Reporting & Analysis, Forecasting, Budgeting, Financial Modeling, and Special Projects.
• Analyze spending trends, identify risks and opportunities, and develop actionable insights for management.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level financial reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
• Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives, including business cases, investment analyses, and productivity opportunities.
• Support the Global Technology Services Power BI environment, including maintenance of existing dashboards, reporting solutions, and data models, as well as design and develop new Power BI dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics to enhance business insights and decision-making.
• Drive automation, reporting enhancements, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
