About The Position

Drive business performance as a Financial Analyst Associate by delivering actionable financial and strategic insights through rigorous analysis, tracking key metrics, and partnering closely with business leaders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
0–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related area
Knowledge of finance, economic, and accounting principles, including financial statements, basic valuation concepts, and financial data analysis and reporting
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data, solve problems, and work with large datasets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to identify issues, analyze information, and develop practical solutions
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Effective written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Maintains and delivers monthly and quarterly financial and operational reports and analysis and ensures the accuracy of the information
Performs specific ad hoc analysis of financial and operational data for trends and variances and presents findings to finance management
Uses historical trend information to create projections used for the budgeting or forecasting processes
Follow established processes to maintain large data files from disparate data sources for data mining, analysis, and research projects
Works collaboratively with team members and other departments
Other duties as assigned
