Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Operations, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Analytics, or another highly quantitative environment.
  • Strong financial modeling skills including lifecycle value analysis, forecasting, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, investment evaluation, and business case development.
  • Ability to evaluate complex business trade-offs, identify opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations that influence acquisition, fleet planning, and profitability decisions.
  • Leverage technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
  • Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively while influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders through actionable business insights.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality analysis and strategic projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support Fleet Strategy by delivering financial analysis that drives vehicle acquisition decisions, lifecycle profitability, and long-term fleet investment strategies.
  • Manage short, medium, and long-term fleet plans, evaluate OEM purchase opportunities, and develop financial forecasts that maximize fleet value across North America.
  • Liaise with Fleet Development, Revenue Management, Technology, Regional Fleet Strategists, and senior leadership to align financial strategy with operational and commercial objectives.
  • Maintain fleet planning models, lifecycle profitability analyses, investment scenarios, financial forecasts, KPI reporting, and planning assumptions that support strategic decision-making.
  • Receive and analyze vehicle demand forecasts, OEM proposals, market trends, residual values, holding costs, and remarketing performance to identify opportunities that improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with AI-enabled fleet planning initiatives, financial modeling, strategic projects, and business recommendations that enhance decision-making across the U.S. and Canada.
