About The Position

SIXT is looking for a highly analytical and strategic Financial Analysis Manager to join our Fleet Strategy team. In this role, you will help drive critical fleet investment decisions across North America by evaluating vehicle acquisition opportunities, optimizing lifecycle profitability, and supporting the evolution of AI-enabled fleet planning. Your analysis will directly influence how SIXT acquires, manages, and maximizes the value of one of the industry's most dynamic vehicle fleets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Operations, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field required.
  • 4+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience developing financial models, forecasting scenarios, and supporting data-driven business decisions.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, including lifecycle value analysis, forecasting, sensitivity analysis, and investment evaluation.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience leveraging technology, automation, or AI-enabled tools to improve planning and decision-making processes.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is a plus.
  • Experience with fleet economics, residual value analysis, asset lifecycle management, or vehicle remarketing.
  • Exposure to rental car, fleet management, leasing, transportation, or other asset-intensive industries.
  • Experience supporting multi-market operations across the United States and Canada.
  • Experience working within a global or multinational organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial analysis behind vehicle acquisition decisions, evaluating purchase economics, lifecycle profitability, fleet holding costs, and overall investment performance.
  • Develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term fleet plans by vehicle category, model year, and region, ensuring acquisition and defleet strategies are aligned to maximize total lifecycle value.
  • Assess OEM purchase opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations on buy, hold, and defleet decisions based on profitability, fleet demand, residual values, and market conditions.
  • Analyze fleet holding costs, lifecycle margins, and remarketing performance to identify opportunities that improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Fleet Development, Revenue Management, and Technology teams to embed financial logic into AI-powered planning and optimization tools that support smarter, faster decision-making.
  • Provide Regional Fleet Strategists and senior leadership with accurate financial forecasts, planning assumptions, and strategic insights that guide fleet investment decisions across the U.S. and Canada.
