Provides counseling to students and parents on all aspects of federal, state, institutional, and private financial aid while delivering exceptional customer service. Serves as the primary front-line representative and first point of contact for the office, assisting students in person and responding to phone and email inquiries. Responsible for verifying aid eligibility and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and institutional regulations. Participates in a minimum of 10 on and/or off-campus outreach events annually, including presentations that may occur during business hours, evenings, and weekends. Strong public speaking skills are required. Candidates must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a high level of responsibility, reliability, and professionalism.
