Under limited supervision, this position trains and supervises the tracking, filing, and imaging of all documents necessary for the aid awarding process. The role involves overseeing weekly mailings of award notifications and missing information letters, logging, sorting, organizing, and electronically tracking documents, and supervising the deposit and reconciliation of scholarship checks. The clerk will monitor data entry accuracy and speed, maintain file storage, imaging, and retention, supervise file destruction, prepare routine mailings, and act as a backup for the reception function. Regular and predictable attendance is required, and other related duties may be assigned.
