Requirements

1–3 years of related experience, preferably in financial services or customer-facing roles
High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge of consumer lending products, including auto and home equity loans
Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze financial information and make sound recommendations
Experience with member-facing technology and remote banking systems preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted financial guide by providing expert advice and personalized solutions to members
Build strong relationships through outreach, education, and proactive communication
Assist members with consumer and home equity loan applications from application through funding
Analyze financial information to recommend the best lending and product solutions
Act as a single point of contact, advocating for members and ensuring a seamless experience
Support onboarding of new members and ensure they are set up with the right products and services
Participate in community events and employer group outreach to build brand awareness
Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
