About The Position

This role is crucial in supporting asset growth and firm success through meticulous tracking of business activities, maintaining client data, and liaising with custodians and vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working in financial services or investment management industry.
  • Experience and comfort in using a range of technology, including CRM and broker dealer / custodial platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a propensity for learning
  • Highly adept at completing multiple, simultaneous tasks expeditiously and accurately with exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-starter, with an ability to work both independently and as a team member
  • Ability to interpret, adapt and apply with company’s policies and procedures
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through verbal and written correspondence
  • Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra.
  • Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in a business-related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a CSA-type role is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Track new and ongoing business activities, including models, fees, SWPs, special projects, and TOAs, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and organization (advanced Microsoft Excel skills required).
  • Maintain and update client and business data within third‑party platforms and internal systems.
  • Partner closely with financial advisors and their support staff, delivering professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy service to support asset growth and firm success.
  • Liaise with custodians and financial institutions, fostering strong working relationships while holding partners accountable to high service standards.
  • Collaborate with third‑party vendors, particularly software providers, to ensure effective solutions and reliable service.
  • Represent the firm with professionalism and credibility in limited client interactions.
  • Prepare and deliver timely, accurate reports covering multiple aspects of the firm’s operations.
  • Demonstrate professionalism through appearance, communication, attitude, flexibility, accountability, discipline, transparency, and integrity.
