About The Position

We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our clients and providing operational support across account management tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to excellent client service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in client service, hospitality, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle client interactions professionally and with empathy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and accuracy in handling client requests and documentation.
  • Familiarity with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), is a plus.
  • A warm, friendly demeanor with a client-first mindset.
  • Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra.
  • Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a warm, welcoming experience.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly, providing courteous assistance and relevant information.
  • Handle client requests accurately and efficiently, including scheduling appointments and providing updates on account status.
  • Assist in account opening, maintenance and operational support, such as updating client information, handling forms, and liaising with financial advisors on client needs.
  • Foster a welcoming office environment, ensuring clients feel valued and at ease during their visit.
  • Perform other clerical tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and handling mail.
