As a Financial Advisor within PNC Wealth Management, you will be based in Fishers, IN. Financial Advisors are based within a bank branch and work within a highly collaborative circuit of branches and manage an assigned book of business. This role involves consulting on investment and insurance strategies, as well as the development of financial plans for clients. It focuses on growing and retaining an investment and insurance book of business, owning the client experience, efficiently handling sales and service, identifying sales and/or executing opportunities and making referrals to internal business partners as appropriate. The advisor acquires, expands and maintains client relationships through business development and client networking, growing client loyalty and share of wallet through an exceptional client experience. They apply product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems appropriately and efficiently, develop and implement investment and insurance strategies, determine the best products, and present sound financial recommendations and guidance. They establish individual financial plans based on client financial needs and objectives, monitor plans, and recommend changes as needed. The role also includes actively and regularly coaching and educating branch staff and internal business partners to identify investment opportunities, driving investment education and visibility among branch staff, and leading the branch team on actions to achieve investment results in partnership with the branch manager and/or investment sales associate. Urgency with activities and leading by example are expected, along with regular and effective communication with internal and external partners to build strong relationships that drive referral activity. Regular meetings with branch manager and other internal business partners to communicate and review business results and pipeline management are required, and service level agreements on lead and referral follow up must be met. Adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, policies and guidelines is also essential.
