About The Position

Thrivent is a unique financial services firm that centers generosity in saving and investing. As a Financial Advisor, you will make an impact by helping clients build, grow, and protect their financial well-being through purpose-based advice, investments, insurance, banking, and generosity programs. You will receive support, stability, and opportunities from a Fortune 500 leader. The role includes up to 14 weeks of paid training and coaching to obtain necessary licenses (state insurance licenses, Series 7 and 66 registrations) and complete Thrivent’s comprehensive advisor onboarding program. Income is commission-based, with potential for unlimited earnings through commissions, incentives, recurring revenue streams, and planning fees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
  • Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

  • Make client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation.
