About The Position

This employment opportunity at TruStage, located at Dover Federal Credit Union in Dover, DE, allows you to join Dover Federal Credit Union as a Financial Advisor working for TruStage and associated with LPL Financial. Under this model, Financial Advisors are not employees of LPL Financial. The Investment Program at Dover Federal Credit Union supports the local community, and you will be joining a team dedicated to helping members in every stage of their financial life. This position will allow you to grow your career and business, helping the people and families that look to Dover Federal Credit Union for financial solutions. This position offers the ability to service a book of business upon hire, build a strong client base with the credit union’s exceptional referral system, and work within several branch territories with a significant deposit base. You will have the opportunity to find new clients via the credit union’s member base, create client solutions without proprietary products, and grow your business with LPL’s combination of tools, technology, and support. You will also benefit from LPL’s experience helping financial institutions grow and maximize their investment programs, and have the opportunity to capitalize on the credit union’s reputation and community standing.

Requirements

Series 7 and 66 (63/65) required
Insurance license required
Three or more years of investment sales experience
