About The Position

This opportunity is designed specifically for individuals who may not have a large personal network or prior industry experience—but are motivated, coachable, and ready to build a career. As a Financial Advisor, you’ll help individuals and families improve their financial well-being while building your own book of business—with structured support, provided leads, and income stability as you get started. You will receive up to 80 qualified leads per day and marketing support to help you build your client base. From Day 1, you'll own your book of business! A Managing Associate/Team Lead will help you close deals. An activity-based stipend rewards consistent effort and progress—not just results. Structured training and mentorship help you develop into a top-performing advisor. You will help clients reduce financial stress, plan for the future, and achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • Early-career professionals or career changers
  • Individuals without a large natural market or network
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals
  • Strong communicators who enjoy helping others
  • Self-starters who thrive in a flexible, performance-based environment
  • Earn required licensing (Life, SIE, Series 7 and Series 66)

Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective clients (provided leads + self-generated opportunities)
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and identify appropriate solutions
  • Educate clients on financial strategies (retirement, protection, savings, etc.)
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Participate in training, coaching, and team development activities
  • Track daily activity and progress toward personal goals
