Requirements

  • Experience as a collegiate athlete, former professional athlete, coach, team captain, or competitive athlete.
  • Enjoy building relationships and helping others succeed.
  • Highly coachable and motivated by continuous improvement.
  • Thrive in a performance-based environment.
  • Want greater control over your income and schedule.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  • No prior financial services experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Help individuals, families, and business owners create personalized financial plans through financial planning, insurance and risk management, retirement planning, and investment strategies.
  • Provide ongoing financial guidance and education.
  • Build long-term relationships while helping clients make informed financial decisions through every stage of life.
