Requirements
- Have experience in sales, client-facing roles, business development, or leadership (formal experience is helpful but not required)
- Have operated in environments where results, accountability, and performance matter
- Come from a background such as business ownership, management, military service, athletics, or other competitive fields
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher (MBA or advanced degree is a plus, not required)

- Learn the business by building your own client base and developing your financial practice.
- Help individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most through personalized insurance and financial strategies.
- Build lasting client relationships while providing ongoing guidance as clients' needs evolve.
- Develop your knowledge through comprehensive training, mentorship, and required licensing.
- Grow your practice through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
