Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of consumer lending and underwriting experience
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience
  • Strong understanding of consumer credit analysis, income evaluation, and repayment assessment
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining service-level commitments
  • A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a business, financial services, banking, or related environment.
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
  • Active Life, Health, and Variable Annuity License, or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
  • Clean CRD/U4 record.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized financial plans and investment recommendations for members and clients.
  • Conduct portfolio reviews, retirement planning discussions, and asset allocation analyses.
  • Meet with members through appointments, referrals, and proactive outreach efforts.
  • Build and grow relationships within assigned branch locations and existing client portfolios.
  • Collaborate with branch teams to increase awareness of investment services and support member financial wellness.
  • Stay current on market trends, financial products, and industry developments.
  • Ensure all activities comply with FINRA, broker-dealer, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate client records and support new business processing activities.
  • Deliver exceptional service while helping members achieve their short-term and long-term financial goals.
