The Financial Advisor Trainee (FA Trainee) role is a transitional position designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills to qualify for the role of Financial Advisor Associate (FAA). Upon completion of the trainee program, individuals will transition into an FAA role, where they will be responsible for attracting and retaining clients by addressing their wealth management advisory needs. This involves meeting with prospects and clients to analyze their financial information, understand their goals, and educate them on investment and insurance strategies and products. The role requires broad knowledge of financial analysis, markets, and wealth management, along with strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships. As an FA, you will act as a fiduciary, prioritizing the client's financial interests. Responsibilities include providing objective financial advice, long-term retirement planning, and annual reviews. In the FAA role, relationship building and influencing skills are crucial for developing a client base and meeting goals. This includes educating Retail Store staff on identifying referral prospects, identifying enterprise opportunities, and engaging key partners.
