About The Position

This role is for the 2027 Summer Internship Program within the UBS Wealth Advice Center business. The internship is designed for ambitious students interested in finance and specifically in the role of a financial advisor. Interns will gain exposure to customer service, financial products, markets, planning, investment strategies, banking, consultative selling, and wealth management. They will shadow experienced advisors, work on real-world projects, strategize on business initiatives, attend educational events led by senior leaders, and have the opportunity to study for and complete FINRA exams (Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and/or Series 66). The program is 10 weeks long and paid.

Requirements

Will graduate with a bachelor's degree between December 2027 and June 2028.
Minimum cumulative 3.2 GPA.
Interest in financial advising, wealth management, financial markets, and relationship building.

Responsibilities

Learn fundamentals of customer service, financial products, financial markets, financial planning, investment strategies, banking solutions, consultative selling, and wealth management solutions.
Shadow experienced financial advisors across various UBS Wealth Advice Center teams.
Participate in real-world projects.
Gain first-hand experience strategizing on key business initiatives.
Attend educational events led by senior leaders.
Study and complete the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam and/or Series 66 exam.
