Reporting to the Team Lead, Child Care Administration, the incumbent collaborates closely with the Managers of Early Learning Child Care, General Managers and Inclusion Program Managers on all childcare program related matters. In this position, you will be responsible for processing childcare registrations, maintaining and updating server data, customer relations, and preparing financial and statistical reports as required. This position also involves handling subsidy account reconciliation, ensuring proper record storage, and maintaining confidentiality and integrity due to the sensitive nature of information. Effective communication with childcare management, finance teams, parents, and municipalities are essential, along with active participation in Administration team meetings. Speed, accuracy, diplomacy, and confidentiality are critical skills for success in this position.
