You will be a part of a dynamic childcare admin team and will be responsible for managing Child Care administrative functions (e.g., data input, running reports, billing families, wait lists etc.) and providing the Child Care leadership team with support. You will become a subject matter expert on the system that drives our business turning your knowledge of the data into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Over 2 years of administrative experience
  • Working with MS office
  • Related post secondary education
  • Tech savvy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Self-starter
  • Effective communicator
  • Focus on building strong relationships and partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve set goals
  • Continuous learner that aims to stay up to date with current technology
  • Completion of a current Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Employment reference checks

Responsibilities
