Requirements

Detail oriented and organized in work
Three plus years accounting experience
Expert excel skills
Ability to meet assigned deadlines
Working knowledge of other Microsoft Office application
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment

Nice To Haves

AA degree in Accounting preferred but not required
Experience with CDK dealership management software preferred

Responsibilities

Preparation of monthly financial statements and supplemental reporting
Prepare payroll calculations for sales staff that are on commission-based pay plans
Cost and post all new and pre-owned car deals
Prepare monthly account reconciliations
Participate in the annual budgeting process, and provide monthly reporting comparing actual results to budget
Various other reporting and reconciliations as required
