About The Position

Our Accounting Department prepares and owns the financial statements, operational reporting, and is involved with ad hoc analysis/reporting for many areas of our business. While each group has their own area of expertise, they are all looked upon as leaders with vision, responsible for understanding and communicating the data that drives our organization and makes us a global leader. As a Financial Accountant, you will have the opportunity to interact with other Divisional & Corporate Accounting teams, including Corporate Financial Reporting, Business Planning & Analysis, and other departments throughout the month and during the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial statement close periods.

Requirements

• Recent graduates, or Spring / Summer 2026 graduates
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Genuine interest in a Corporate Accounting career
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter, hard working with intellectual curiosity
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Microsoft Office experience, including Excel (i.e., pivot tables, charts, v-look up, etc.)

Nice To Haves

• Oracle/ ERP experience, a plus
• Prior internship / co-op, or entry-level accounting-related experience, a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and accruals to ensure accuracy of the General Ledger
• Ensure all transactions are accounted for in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Complete P&L variance analysis and commentary, while identifying and analyzing trends for management review
• Prepare accurate and timely account reconciliations, including variance resolution
• Assist in preparation/ consolidation of financials statements and related analysis
• Support updating forecasts and creating original plans
• Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement and efficiencies
• Partner cross-functionally across wider finance teams
• Ad hoc special projects and tasks
