About The Position

RSM is seeking an experienced manager to lead finance transformation projects within its Finance as a Service (FaaS) outsourced accounting practice. The role leads and develops a team of consultants, oversees multiple concurrent client implementations, and contributes to practice growth. The manager guides clients through finance-function modernization, including process redesign and NetSuite implementation, through go-live and transition to the ongoing FaaS accounting team. The position supports the FaaS practice nationally. Candidates may be based in any RSM office, with a preference for Philadelphia, New York City, or Boston. The role combines accounting and NetSuite expertise with project and people leadership. It requires an agile, adaptable approach to changing priorities across multiple projects and workstreams. RSM describes most roles as following a hybrid workstyle, with team members aligned to an office and meeting in person when it supports clients, teams, development, or relationship-building; work arrangements may vary based on role requirements, team priorities, and client needs.
