About The Position

Autoliv's primary goal is to Save More Lives. Autoliv is developing seatbelts, airbags, and steering wheels to increase vehicle safety. The Finance Transformation Manager, Product Costing Management will lead the creation of capabilities and processes required to achieve reliable gross margin visibility of products from the engineering phase up to production. This role is within the office of the CFO and involves hands-on analysis, shaping solution options, driving decision-making with executive leadership, and leading the deployment and adoption of solutions for actual, forecast, and quotation processes. The role serves as a key bridge between functions and stakeholders involved in the end-to-end product lifecycle, including RD&E, Sales, Operations, SCM, and Finance.

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Business Management or similar
  • Professional fluent in English
  • Deep knowledge in Product Costing and related topics like ABC Costing, Conversion Costing Methods etc.
  • Experience leading transformational change programs in global and complex operating environments
  • Understanding of accounting, planning & forecasting and management reporting in a manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of solutions available to enable target Product Profitability capabilities, including but not limited to Onestream, AFIS, ERP, ICAN and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the overall approach, methodologies, plans and resourcing required for the Program.
  • Manage and prioritize program scope and focus areas, including driving related decisions and commitments from Leadership.
  • Lead the shaping of overall program strategy, including solution and implementation options.
  • Manage program progress, outcomes and cost.
  • Engage cross-functional leadership with clear and timely communications to enable decisions and commitments.
  • Oversee the development and outcomes of designs, including stakeholder engagement and approvals.
  • Manage program related costs including internal, external (consulting), ensuring compliance with approved budgets, while providing timely updates and change requests.
  • Engage stakeholders in the end-to-end process with communications to build awareness and support.
  • Represent the program in established Autoliv governance mechanisms and events.
