About The Position

As a Finance Transformation - Anaplan Consultant, Senior Associate, you will collaborate with CEOs, CFOs, controllers, and treasurers to optimize finance functions and enhance their contribution to the business. Within our Advisory practice, you will address challenges related to achieving appropriate standards of control and providing insightful business support. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigate complex situations, and grow your personal brand while maintaining professional and technical standards. In this role, you will support clients by aligning financial planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics processes to drive better business decisions. You will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Working within our Finance Consulting services, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in financial management, reporting, and analysis, helping businesses optimize their financial performance. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of experience

Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Risk Management/Insurance
Preference for at least Prior professional industry or sector experience (i.e., Banking & Capital Markets, Industrials, or Consumer Packaged Goods) is preferred years of experience
Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting

Utilizing data visualization software to create impactful financial reports and dashboards
Leading process optimization initiatives to improve operational performance and efficiency
Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement
Guiding junior team members in the application of financial management software and techniques
Upholding professional standards and ethical conduct in all client engagements
